The hotel was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, even allowing an early check-in at no extra cost. After a long camping trip and 24 hours of non-stop travel, this was a true heaven-sent. The amenities were top-notch, including the convenient parking and the hotel's ideal location near the city center and ferry terminal. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even packing me some delicious sandwiches for my journey. The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TV provided all the comfort and convenience I could ask for. The lift made it easy to navigate the hotel, and the game room with board games was a fun surprise. I also appreciated the wheelchair access and the strict no pets/smoking policy, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. I can't recommend this hotel enough - it exceeded all my expectations and made my stay in truly memorable!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient parking provided by the hotel, which made it easy for me to come and go without any hassle. the hotel's location was ideal, with the city center and major attractions within a short walking distance. This allowed me to explore the local sights without having to rely on transportation. Lastly, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met.
My Christmas stay at the hotel was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. One major issue was the misleading property description.

Stayed in a hotel that doubles as a hospital, super convenient if you need a quick surgery during your vacation. They even have free WiFi, in case you want to live-stream your operation. Oh, and the parking was great too.
Who needs a hair dryer or a coffee pot when you're surrounded by hospital-like smells and designs? Nothing says luxury like feeling like you're staying in a sterile ward.

A delightful surprise was the presence of a city view in my twin room. It felt like having a window to a bustling world right from the comfort of my bed. The flat-screen TV provided endless entertainment, ensuring I never had a dull moment during my stay.
Smells too much like a hospital.
